I'm complaining in regards to the product I get when leveling up. I have a train that I can't dispatch because of the dark green seaweed that looks like 3 sheets of paper. I had to level up to 41 to get but now I can't. It says level 42 now. Your company needs to quit teasing people with items and then put them at certain levels.
