Tecno I4 not picking secure vpn's

I purchase infinix tecno camon i4, Build no CB7-H624GHRAb-P-190805V237 2 weeks ago.
Its not connecting secure VPN (Wifi connection) SSID's
I visit head office they again install software but still same issue. It is really difficult for me to visit agan and again I wasted my 22500 rupees . Kindly do some thing if u can
