I expected a high speed internet service after the change of the landline cables and cabinets to fiberglass in my area last year BUT I receive only around 220kb/sec as a maximum download speed and 23 kb /sec upload despite my repeated complains as my recent subscription is for 5 meg.b./sec.

Site inspection of the underground landline connection to the box attached to my villa is needed to detrmine the real reason for the problem as I am looking for a relaible high speed internet provider and need to increse my internet speed.

The Internet service stopped and I complained alot but no one solve the problem
