Kindly note that that i hold telephone number 0244868184 ( with internet service under the same number ) . from 16.11.2017 the service is not activated and not available in spite of i paid the service fees in advance a for both mobile line and internet service . i tried to call the Customer service department through the phone and even by several e.mail '[email protected]' . all what i took only promises that it be will activated within maximum 3 days . then i asked to call the manger on duty trying to solve the problem on 09.12.2017 Mr. Mohamed and he promised me that he hold a complain numbers 41263460 and 41263460 under My. Name Ahmed Abdel Gawad Shamkh and within maximum two days the technician will finish the problem .

unfortunately it is also promise me that with any action taken tell now .
