I submitted a previous complaint on the 30th of December, and I failed to mention the actual location of the plasma center.
It was the center on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville NC. I had been going there to donate about 5 months with no problems.
I hope someone looks into this and removes that man. He should not be allowed to work there. It was very clear to me from the time I sat in the chair at his station that he did not know what he was doing. The staff member that accused me of not answering a question correctly at the kiosk was covering for him. I don't know her name, but she's a black lady with a mohawk and a strange voice.
If she covered up for him, there's no telling what else they are covering up there.
It's unfortunate that I will never go back again, as I have a friend that actually counts on those donations, but I'm sure there will be plenty of drug addicts and alcoholics to donate.
God help those people that get that plasma.
