My name is Dominique hilton im a 27yr old disabled African American and on November 2018 i was talking to another disabled woman and shantell butted in and told me im full of shit because im too young to be on disability so i told her i have a mental disability from there it turned into an argument and instead of maximise handling it they put in my file that i was the problem and shantell said that day she wasnt going to allow anymore black folks to destroy telcris. since then i have been giving plasma on july 23 2019 today me and my Caucasian husband signed in at 7am and shantell the same woman that had told me that im full of shit in November had skipped me went to my husband and another Caucasian guy when i complained to one male staff memeber he even said what are you guys doing yall messing up and then my husband told maximise and he said the samething he said last year he will talk to her but obviously he not doing his job telcris is in violation of my hippa law because im disabled that doesnt have anything to do with me saving lives i want to continue to save lives but now afraid because of telcris prejudice staff member..please have someone contact me within atleast 72 business hrs i will love to go through every channel to try to fix this serious issue before i go to my advocate and notify him of telcris discrimination against my disability and its hurtful cause im very healthy and i give respect to all races especially because i want the same respect in return shantell doesnt have to speak to me i just want her to give me the same respect..this is clearly discrimination because im an African American engaged to a Caucasian guy but your prejudice staff member is the reason i dont feel safe nor comfortable going to the same place that discriminated against me due to my disability..
