When i call customer service No 19777, it was answered that the problem from Telecom Egypt and is expected to be resolved at the beginning of September and when

the problem is that I have subscribed for 5MB plan but all I'm getting is 1.5MB/s
however as you can see from the attachment ( my line can handle around 13MB/s)

I've called the tech support so many times they keep asking me same questions every single time then tell me that they will fix this problem in 2 days but it has more been 30 days now and noting fixed so please help me with this problem
