Dear sir , i’m Writing this complaint in connection of my request for telephone line and WiFi in the city of Hurgadah egypt.
I applied on the 19/4/ 2018 for a installation of a telephone line and WiFi acceptability in a flat I recently bought in Hurgadah .i was then told soon after there were no telephone lines available, which was chocking to hear . I got in touch with WE your compliant department and I chatted with them not only with one or two of your employees but in fact many many more where every employee transfer me on to anther one and so on . A few days after someone with the name Mohamed from “ WE”telephone me to discuss the issue and after a long conversation he said he will find a solution and get in touch . After a few days I was a reply informing me to go to the central and ask to see the outside department of the central since there was no problem to agree terms. I went and no one in the central in the inside or outside departments or even the manageress of the central had any idea about this solutions ‘WE’ found so I had to write again as a A continuous part of the original complaint and we kept on closing the complaint with the same answer over and over again and still waiting with no reply from them . I was given different tickets numbers as reference 10435464 and 10428857 etc.My Mobil number 01025653836. All my other details are recorded in the original sent complaint on the 24/04/2018 eg.address in Hurgadah and the recipient I was given by the central in Hurgadah fn23164.
