Well it sure seems like a scam. Already filled out my complaint and making me do it again. Billing my elderly mother since July 2017. Never was notified about this additional billing from At&t. Still partying At&t for long distance too. Had her long distance service cut off. But still paying At&t. At&t couldn't explain why her service was cut off. They didn't know still showed it connected.At&t better get this straightened out. I am considering canceling my service because of the way they did business and Directv as well. I pay for 7 mobile lines. This is a shame they don't have someone to explain what's going on. At&t couldn't even explain!
