I have been with Telefonica Latina for a while and every so often they tried to charge me false overcharges but I always was able to fix the problem by calling them. This time, it has been 3 weeks calling them frequently but there is no response on the calls. It says they will transfer you and leave you hanging there for up to 20 30 minutes. There is no way to contact anyone and dispute the charges and on top of it the new false charges will also become overdue today. I email them a week ago and no response either. I feel frustrated that this company is being so irresponsible and deceiving.
