Home Phone Service
My home phone service has been down since the 20th of August. I made a call to Telekom and they gave me the SOP answer. "There is an outage in your area and service will be restored on 23rd of August" On the 25th of August I made a call to them again since its 2 days after the promised date, they said they will investigate.
On the 29th I called again and they said they are working hard to resolve the problem and service will be back on by the 30th of August.
On the 1st of September, I called to complain about the same issue plus the fact that the heavy rain has caused the Telekom cables to snap and the cables are hanging from my house and the telephone pole.
They kept saying the technician is on the way, we are looking into it, service will be restored soon and all the other excuses from their cheat sheet.
Today is the 5th of September and service is still not restored and the only thing the call center employee said was we apologize and that she will escalate the report to the highest level soon.
Absolute fail for the country's main telecommunication provider.

Horrible Customer Service
