Went to the telicris plasma center here in Roanoke Virginia this morning,was told I have been permanetly barred from donating plasma there,because three years earlier I had failed a drug test because I had hydrocodone in my system,which at the time I had a legal prescription for thru the V.A,because I was an airborne army ranger,and I had just had back surgery at the time.Now,there is nothing on your website explaining any of that,quite the contrary,it saids,and I quote..you can't be under the influence of illegal substances,so # one I was not under the influence of ANY illegal drug,two,whatever paperwork they claimed I signed,never stated anywhere that if I failed a drug test that I would be deferred for life,or else I would not have taken it,as a matter of fact,i told the lady whom was doing the paperwork that I may have had hydrocodone in my system on this day THREE years ago,a and she still let me take the test,which led to this lifelong ban.# Three,im not a lawyer,but I have a damn good jag lawyer,and Im pretty sure that a company such as yours are no different than any other company and you must adhere to certain regulations,and guidelines,one of which would include to make your customers,(donors) aware of how your business operates,and what is expected in regards to such things as drug test,and what the penaltys are of certain actions,and you DO NOT,again quite the contrary,on your website,and I'm sure not on your paperworkBut one would'nt know because we as customers I:E 'donors' are not allowed access to their OWN medical file,and make no mistake gentleman,if your running blood test,and testing for diseases,and drawing blood out of a human body,it IS a medical record!,and I don't care how you have your consent form wrote up,does NOT change the FACT that a customer I :E 'DONOR' is privy at anytime or request to have access to their medical file.now onto # 4,not like your company has not already broken several state,and FEDERAL laws,your staff is VERY rude,self absorbed,and has not one concern,or responsibility for the care of said customers I:E DONORS.and one has no recourse in dealing with concerns,when it pertains to management,or persons in supervisory positions,again quite the contrary,they are rude,belittiling,and even hung up on me,and flat out refused to give me corporates #.Now you must know this,im a highly decorated combat veteran,with a 17 year exemplary, spotless record,and I retired as a master sergeant,this is NOT about money,this is about respect,and honor,now obviously those are two terms your company,and staff are NOT familiar with,thats o.k,because I'm going to teach you,and your staff,that no matter what your company as a whole WILL treat your customers I:E 'DONORS' with respect,and you WILL revamp your website,and you will update your policy's on your web site,and your paperwork!.and you WILL do this because now your company's lack of respect and empathy,has crossed the line,and now it's personal.I Will NOT go away,i will NOT be ignored,and I will NOT be disrespected!.I have already had a very productive conversation with my military J.A.G officer,and seems I already have a better than average case of ethics violations,abuse of dr.(phelomboligist) patient ethic violations,slander,and defamation of character,amongst a host of others in regards to not having pertinent information,regarding rules,and regulations,and consequences,regarding patients responsibility,as well as your buisness's responsibilities,in regards to said customers I:E DONORS.Now this is NOT what I want,make no mistake this is what I DEMAND!!.One-to be took off the lifetime ban, Two- a written,and verbal apology from corporate,and the local,roanoke,virginia office, Three-$1500.00 check written in my name payable upon my signing a no-sue document.Today is April 12th,2018 @11.20 est,Ive screen shot this letter to my J.A.G officer,If I don't recieve a response by 5:00 pm,est,then I WILL proceed with filing this lawsuit thru my J.A.G officer in Roanoke district court,as well as the board of ethics of phelomboligist,and any other entity my lawyer deems fit!!.Again..I Will not go away,i Will see this thru in its entirety.gentleman you can reach me @ 540-467-2346...thank you in advance for what I'm sure will be a prompt,appropiate ,timely response!
