NO RESPONSE ON COMPLAINTS
Sir, I have registered as a premium member (Gold), which is valid upto 21 Feb 2016. My Shadi account has been blocked without quoting any reason since 11 Feb 2016, I have sent my scanned copy of PAN card as asked by them earlier. I have lodged complaint with help desk wide complaint No: 1734920, dated 12 Feb 2016, and 1736138, dated 13 Feb 2016. Meanwhile I have lost 10 days premium time during which I am not able to log in and make contact with Shadi.com members. Kindly intervene and help me in getting justice. Regards/ Zahiruddin
