Refuses to supply me with any proof documenting I financed something from them. However they have reported to all 3 credit bureaus I owe them $2,600 which I never made a payment on & they refuse to remove it from my credit reports even though I have contested it 3 times. They will not provide me with any information untill I send them a copy of my S.S. card, Drivers License, Bank info etc..
If I filled out an application for financing in credit they would have all on my application. And there in is the core of it all - There is no application. I think they had a typo on someone's papers with a similar social Security number & put mine in by mistake.
In th mean time I am unable to get an apartment due to TEMPO's incompetence 5

Refuses to provide me with any information on a lease or loan of some type that I did not apply for. Has reported to the credit bureaus I owe approx $2,600 that I never made a single payment on.
I have filed a protest 3 times with all 3 credit bureaus, however TEMPO refuses to remove it or provide me with any documentation showing my name, address, phone number or social security # on it.
I was told by them That they won't give me any info until I send them basically all the information which they should already have if I applied for financing.
I would have to be an idiot to send them a copy of my s s card, Drivers license etc. I should not have to prove my innocence to them. The fact is there is no finance application with my signature on it.
