We bought a Tempur Royale 25 mattress 8 months ago for appr $4000 and we regretted ever since. Within a few days I started having severe hip, leg, knee, ankle, wrist & finger pain. My partner had severe lower back pain. We haven't had a descent night sleep in the 8 months we slept on that torture mattress. We got up every morning feeling drained and exhausted. Life was over as we knew it before the Royale mattress. I have been to a naturopath and had spine injections, seen a chiropractor and remedial masseur. A week ago we had enough and went back to our old spare mattress and my god we are feeling so much better. Tempur came out to see mattress and said nothing is wrong with it and Harvey Norman Watergardens said they can't do anything about it either because we chose the level of comfort. I specifically asked the salesperson for a soft mattress not a torture chamber. Please avoid Tempur like the plague. Help!!!!!

We bought a Tempur-pedic cloud. It felt like we were sleeping on the pavement|. We went round and round with Mattress World in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and finally after 4 months, just threw the mattress out|. We could no longer stand to not sleep

They told us to "jump around on the mattress" to break it in.. They told us maybe our room was too cold|. (It was 70 degrees Farenheit);. There was one small strip about 4 inches in from the edge that felt like the bed in the showroom, but no one would come out and look at it'.

There is NO WARRANTY?. Don't believe the TV ads.

So why do they keep selling millions of them still? Sorry you did not like yours. They would have exchanged it for you. Why did you throw it out???

i recently ordered the tempur-pedic mattress last week. slept on it for one day which took care of my back pain but the second day my whole body broke out to rashes i went to the ER with red rashes all over my body...i'm on medication for two weeks and this itchy rashes are painfully going away...the tempur material was to blame since i didnt encounter anything new in the past week, eating the same food and in the same environment. only change was my mattress...
