Dear Sir,

My car had sent to Tenaga Setia Resources Sdn Bhd on 20 May 2019 for repair (Claim No. K9560786-Y4). The replacement of spare-parts and cost of repair was RM15,730.10 under owner's insurance. The car was ready on 11 June 2019. After 2 days, the friction sounds occurred and I need to take time send back to the center for checking. The mechanic managed to found the problem and its solved.

On 17 July 2019 around 6.30pm at parking lot at my workplace. When I press the start button, suddenly the ignition turned off and locked all doors accept front doors. After tried for 15 minutes, I called the center for help and they had organised a towing truck to take my car to the nearest honda center (Sumber Auto) and the car stays there over night . Only late evening on 18 July 2019, the mechanic managed to find the root cause of the problem. It was due to SCREW GROUNDING AT NEGATIVE BATTERY WAS NOT THE RIGHT ONE(NOT GENUINE). The mechanic put wrong screw to the battery.The carelessness is really unacceptable!!

Luckily the event not happen when I outstation or at outskirt area. Due to the problem, I have to find other transport to go home and come to work and has to reorganized my busy work schedule since I have an important meeting on 18 July 2019. This gives me unnecessary emotional distress.
Honda Service Center has known with the quality work and quality assurance standard but this carelessness makes me wonder whether Honda has still maintain their high quality reputations or its quality started to drift.
