Hi, I am a tenant at The Metro North Plaza 310 East 102th Street Apt 6A. I have a one year foster child and travel with migraines and Diabetes and the people downstairs in apt 5A are constantly making a considerable amount of noise and blasting they TV for 24 hrs. The noise is becoming unbearable, they moved in about 2-3 weeks ago and the noise gets worse, we spoke to them nothing improved, the superintendent spoke to them and there hasn't been any justice. Everyday my foster child and myself are woken up 6-8 in the morning from the TV noise and talking loud. This needs to stop, maybe if its possible they can ask them to turn the volume down after 10pm or move to another apartment because to my knowledge a letter was already sent to them about the noise and nothing happened. I also filed a 311 complaint.
