I can't get the website to give me access to their customer service so I can delete my account, and I haven't gotten a confirmation code email from them so I can verify my account with them.i think I've been scammed by them and lost my money with them, i'm worried that they have my bankcard number, please let me know if I have to call my bank about this and get them to issue me a new card and transfer funds to it and put a stop on my old one.

I was charged twice for more than I said two days o.k. a row I want my subscription deleted but it won't let me delete my account.
