Parcel saya dari 9/11/18 hingga sekarang masih belum dihantar lagi. Masih lagi di poslaju Cheras alasan OVERLOAD. Adakah patut Overload mahu 3 minggu dah? Ini Poslaju kah atau Poskurakura? Kena bayar lagi untuk servis penghantaran yang terlambat sekali di dunia. Dapatkah kalau buat aduan di jabatan pengguna Malaysia?
