I the undersigned and three other family members started journey from Dhaka on 2nd March 2015 and took boarding pass
DAC to IST & IST to YYZ from Dhaka air port.
The Flight started one hour after the schedule time of 7-30 and reached the IST airport one hour later the arrival time.
Due to delay of flight from Dhaka, transit time in IST air port was less than one hour so we failed to catch-up the connecting flight.
But TK airlines authority charge extra $ 345 per ticket and did not provide hotel accommodation at IST resulting physical, mental and Financial damage and suffering of my family.
Please look into the depth of situation, so that we can get return extra charged money ( $345/ ticket) and pay necessary compensation from your company.
