I want to terminate my Digi and received call from telemarketing staff called Hafiza. She question me why I want to terminate the line, and I explain to her my house coverage too bad and i just want to terminate the line. But this crazy marketing staff make me in trouble to put me in deal for 48 hour i cannot terminate my line to see either the coverage in my area is ok or not.The things is I didn't said I want to have this stupid deal. When I called Digi, they keep mention about these deal and cannot terminate the line until the deal finish and keep ask to resubmit application of termination which is I already done for 3 times. This very simple things but this DIGI make me really upset and regret to deal with DIGI. When I called digi no once will help me to settle this just take NOTE and ask to wait? If maxis resubmit termination also I cannot reply Y or N to Digi since my phone cannot open the sms? I had done before but was rejected now ask to resubmit again?????? I have to change sim card to other phone and ask digi to re-submit the verification sms. U make customer in trouble with this stupid thingy.

Just to said "don't use DIGI" it will make u on trouble with unprofessional way.
