Some Sr Managers are ruining the organisation's reputation so I think they should be fired instead of Hiring and Firing Employees.

The company seeks for Machine who can sit in front of computer for more than 9 hours which I think is quite tough as you will be unhealthy.very bad in terms work work flexibility, job security, Management can fire you at any time and if you are new and higher package You consider yourself jobless at any time. These Sr Managers used junior staff to insult new joiner senior people.
Most of the old manager or employees have illegally made grouped.They all have came from same company.These Old employee who have settled their somehow not allowing newer employees to settle at any cost. Reason why TerraCIS is not getting good resources.

Stop treating Employees like labour, the people you are hiring are professionals so treat them with respect, stop demotivating them.If a number of Employees are leaving or resigning from the Project then try to identify the issue and fix it.
