I was trying to return hopostery material that I was to have a chair done. I lost receipt.. I was told I had to take a in store credit. That's fine if I sewed. I am not a sewer so what in the world am I going to spend a 156.00 for . It's unreal. I ask to have it put back on my card. No way! I ask if they could look up. No had to have register, date, time,and amount. I new two out of three! I have had stores that was able to look up and willing to. I have never been in a store that wouldn't help u. I need that money. Isn't there an exception to the rule? If not there should b.
