can not talk to a person and they charaged my bank accout

I tried to book a rental car. They charged my account and I have no confirmation and can not talk to anyone by phone. They say they were not able to give me a car and may have some other options. The price I bid was for $50.00 and they are charging my account $88.84. What is a person to do?
