On multiple occasions through emails, text messages, phone calls and voicemail messages I have repeatedly asked him to contact me regarding the contracted remodeling job at my house, 3132 S Glencoe St, Denver, CO 80222. The first date of asking him to contact me was 8/13/15 via text message. This was after an extended break in the work at my house that he started on 8/4/15, because you told me your prior contracted work for the military for a week job in Florida starting Wed, 8/5/15. But, that you would be returning to work on my job on 8/14/15, after you returned from Florida.

He has been inadequate because he has been absent from the job site, have not communicated with me since 8/12/15, and have not provided the necessary documents needed in contractors insurance, workers comp, permit numbers or permits displayed at job site and an itemized list of actual costs of work performed up to this date. That the job would be performed to all Denver codes and specifications with proper and appropriate permits in all steps of the work were agreed upon for the job. Also, you have received a deposit from me for the job in the amount of $20,000. He abandoned the job, taken my money and are not communicating to me.

He also misled and lied to me about Hawaii, saying only that he had to settle with a client because she was a bear to work with. but, instead doing a little research after I realized something was wrong, led me to see that his license in Hawaii was revoked for 5 years on 9/19/14.
