In December I did inquire about the MicroSoft Office package, and did enter the info with the intentions of acquiring the package, however, I do not recall pressing the "SUBMIT" button. My wife and I discussed the package and the cost involved and decided we did not need the package. I THEREFORE BELIEVED nothing hadbeen officially requested and that nothing more was needed from me. A little research by you will see that I never did download any software after that and therefore nothing was registered nor required, and felt the entire transaction was OVER!
I am requesting a full refund of the $99.99 to my bank account, and would appreciate notification from you that refund was accomplished.
