Additional charge of $49.99

Received a 'free' flashlight for taking a survey. Free turned into $4.95 for shipping & handling. Two weeks later I see a charge for $49.95. I will be calling TF Tactical tomorrow to allow them to refund the $49.99 before contacting my bank.
