Malicious Reviews on Google.

I have noticed over the past few months that trade has been falling considerably. I decided to look at our googleview online and to my horror i noticed a lot of very vindictive and malicious complaints without any foundation at all. I was brought to tears to read these out to myself, as me and my partner have invested a lot of time and money in bringing this lovely pub round to where it is now. We had a refurbishment last year, and trade was booming, until these nasty comments arrived on our reviews, trade has fallen considerably, we have a good idea who they are coming from but cannot prove it precisely. We have asked google numerous times to remove these comment all to no avail, so we had no choice but to seek legal advice, They said get in touch with you again and insist on these slanderous comments be taken off forthwith otherwise we will be taking the matter further.
