BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I drove two hours in the snow to come test drive a vehile that I was VERY interested in. When we got there, we were told that the vehicle I wanted was no longer available even through it was available when I spoke with him before I left my house two hours earlier. The salesman I had been working with for the past two days didnt have an answer as to why he didnt call me when he knew that this vehicle was no longer available so I wouldn't have to waste me time driving all that way. He repetedly tried to get me into a smaller suv that I didn't like at all, A van and a G6. Then asked me why I didn't want to have a payment. Seriously...if I wanted to make payments, I would have stayed in my own flipping town and not driven down there in the first place. He was VERY rude and condesending. We left and drove to Jackson where I bought the same model and paid $8000 CASH.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Almost the same deal, our daughter was encouraged to drive over and when she arrived was directed to the WRONG salesman instead of the nice young man who gave me his card earlier that day, she was misled, treated rudely, scoffed at. She said she would NEVER go back and would never recommend them. She took her pay stub from them and walked out. I have just read complaints here and on other boards before beginning my investigation into who really was the salesman who she ended up dealing with, was the one who gave me his card even a real person or a fake card, and the manager who came out to meet us, does he have any idea this has happened. Either way, the complaint will be filed, time and fuel money is precious, especially if ones vehicle has 'died' and another is needed for work.
