Light bill in the months of sept and. oct 2016 is zero

Meter no. 6506405327

Light bill from last two months sept and oct 2016 came were zero.

Yesterday I was visited to electricity office for this issue, they are asking me latest reading and calculating huge bill amount with reference to reading on sept 2016 bill.

They are not explaing why this mistake happen.

Requesting you to investigate and solve this issue.
