I wish to launch a formal complaint against conduct of my former employer.

I was dismissed by the Conference Company (031 303 9852)on 5 October 2015 and i was informed that all statutory monies will be paid to me upon the return of the owner Nina from abroad. The unfair dismissal dispute was referred to ccma and I emerge victoriuos with R42 000 compensation awarded to me KNDB 12505-15. The Employer has since refused to pay me all statutory monies as stipulated in Section 40 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. The Employer also failed to pay me for 5 days i worked from 1 - 5 October 2015 without any reason.

I hereby seek your urgent involvement and investigate the matter or probably escalate it to Labour Court because I believe that my rights were violated for no good reason.
