Talked to rep on phone about how to measure for the new spa cover and put in the measurements on the web site they suggested to get the perfect fit. It came in and the fit was so far off that it was unusable. I contacted them and they told me to sell it on the internet and they would give me a small discount on the right fitting one. I am not happy and have a spa cover that is worthless. I would not buy a cover from these guys for any price. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
