Extremely Poor Service render to Corporate Customer

Dear Sir/Madam
Please read my complaint as per jpeg file attached, is this how Singtel is going to provide service to their customer? It is high time you look into the help desk honesty and integrity of work. Tell but no action taken or slow after been told repeatedly.
BTW, it is inefficient that the "attach" feature only accept png, jgp and gif files.
I shake my head having to complain to Singtel. What a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!
