NEITHER FLAT IS PROVIDED BY UNITECH NOR REFUND WAS MADE BY UNITECH
I purchased the flat in The Residences Noida which is a project launched by the Unitech. I paid 95% of the amount of total consideration i.e Rs 37 Lakh Rupees for 2 BHK flat. Unitech has abandoned the project and no construction activity was going on the site for many years. I paid the entire consideration in the year 2012 and when I enquired from the Unitech office noida as to why no construction activity is going on they are not able to give any response. Thereafter I sought refund of the amount along with 10% rate of interest as per clause 5(d) of the builder buyer agreement. They did not refunded my amount till date. I am about to take legal action against the Unitech. Many Home Buyers of other projects of unitech are taking collective actions against the Unitech.
