I just moved to the Retreat at Arc Way in Norcross, Ga. I have been here 7 months, i have a lease for my utilities and rent all in one due to Salvation Army. They helped me get the place n this complex makes a deal to have all the utilities n rent in one. They paid three months of my rent until i got stable in my job. Now the lease is in my name n signed it paying $896 each month. Now that i can do it on my own, the offoce wants to change my lease.I went to the office to pay my rent they tell me that i will have to be charged more for rent n have separte utilities because Salvation Army is no longer paying my rent. They think i am changing anything based on their foolishness. How can a complex just chnge your lease when i never signed anything that says, they can at the end of my lease.
