Paid for an ULTHERAPHY Treatment as i learned and read their brochure I found out that after the treatment I have to be on a pain reliever medicine due to that the process of the treatment is deep into my tissue. I am alergic to all kind of medicine including pain reliever, so I decided to CANCEL my treatment (note: Treatment that I have NOT started). Now the manager ACEL TAN vibered me this:

I regret to inform you ma'am that after careful assessment of your request, management didn't approve refund or issue any documents to submit on your respective bank. Management is recommending conversions to any treatments or have this transferred. My apology ma'am. But as i have conversed with doc amy, we can try a few shots for you. She also wants to talk to you ma'am so we can arrange this. Thanks for understading ma'am.

How can i understand??? Do i have no rights to want my money back and the facted that i NEVER AVAILED that treatment at all!!!!

To all out there becareful this company seems to be cheating me my money to a different package that they want me to use... Well i just want my money back Sir Acel Tan!!!!!!
