Complaint for Diane manger at stone house Newport - Christmas dinner

All other staff were lovley espically Kate if it wasn't for her we would of canclled

Food was lovley but rushed and we were made to feel uncomfortable by Diane the manager

Heating wen my off about 2:30 and my 84 year old nan was sat there freezing trying to eat her dinner

£129 to be made to feel rushed and unwanted +cold will not return for Christmas dinner again and will be telling others the same

When booking went to pay balance and was told to come at 2 because she wanted to get home and words "were we all got family's to go to"

When arrived at 10 past 2 we were told they were closing at 4 changed the time as she wanted to finish early

When Diane manger came to clear the table from main course, asked to pass the gravy boat to her then was told she might actually be able to get home for xmas dinner by 7

Then heard her telling everyone drink up last orders at 4

Then told someone who ordered a drink that the bar was closed and we got homes to go to aswell

Made to feel rushed and couldn't enjoy meal as she kept rushing and saying she wants to go home awful manager
