Good morning Sir, I am a teacher by profession. A resident of Bulanshahar ,Uttar Pradesh, I have been sent 6.4 m USD as humanitarian assistance from a friend of mine. I paid 29500 INR to the Central Excise and 84000 to the UN agency for Anti Drug and Terrorism Certificate. I was told that the amount paid by me is refundable by the UN agency,but 4 days have passed and no refund has been made so far. Please help me.. Thanks!
