I want to report Westland hotel London 154 Bayswater Kensington and Chelsea, London W2 4HP, The United Kingdom for still renting rooms well knowing they have mice I all their rooms. The mice did attack our food and belongings.

We booked the rooms from Booking.com and we stayed at the hotel from 01.04.15-04.04.15 and I could read on Booking.com website that before and after our stay there are comments from people from all over the world who did experience the same as us. The last comment is form 21.04.15. I do have copies of all of the comments if you want them.

Booking.com did get my complaint and so did the hotel . The hotel did indeed get the proofs and did by mail confirm that the expert of pest did confirm that the bites made in our food is made by mice. I do have the pictures of the proofs if you want them.

We have been the victims of both the hotel and Booking.com. But there more victims on the way if you don't react and oblige the hotel to shut down in order to get rid of the mice.

I'm so ashamed that such issue do exist in UK and the worse for me is that nobody cares!
