Hi, I'm Nomaxabiso Mahala, I started working at Thembalethu Aids & Edu Trust on the 20th January 2015 and never got my back pay until the 13th of August 2015 when I was dismissed (constructive dismissal) and I never got any contract from them however when I went to the Department of labour in Uitenhage I was shocked that they deducted UIF from my salary. Ever since I claimed my UIF the 08-09-2015 my UI19 from Thembalethu AIDS & Edu Trust has been pending. I don't have money to keep going to the department of labour for follow up, my savings money is finished. I asked a cell number but I hold until I run out airtime if not no one picks it up. My former employer said I resigned, then said I started working there since 2014 which she was lying through her teeth. I faxed my case to the CCMA in Port Elizabeth and no help since they said I will be called back and I never received the call.
