Never received what I paid for

I bought a Healthy Fruit Ice cream Maker, which was never sent to me.
I paid through Paypal, and because I could prove I did not receive it I did get a refund.
Anything I bought through Facebooks advertisers were either not sent or completely useless.
I will NEVER buy from Facebooks Advertisers ever again. they are all Scammers.
