Thin action charged my credit card and refused to give refund. This company offers a 12day product.

I called before the product trail ended and notified them on May 10 that the product was returned to sender via USPS because we realized we did not need the item, of which they have a notification of from the Post Office. They did not inform me that this was unacceptable and refused to refund my money. On Jun 3, I spoke with a supervisor who insisted that this account was not eligible for a refund because they still had not received the item and because I did not call on May 24. Again, the US Postal Service returned the product on May 12, so I have no recourse.

The practices of this company are fraudulent and misleading. I still neither have a product nor my refund of $78.41.

Please note that a complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.

I am in the same situation and just wrote ThisAction an email voicing my complaints. I don't believe this will do any good - after reading the other comments but I let them know how I feel. I too, will be doing something about it. You are right -WHAT A RIP OFF!
