I saw this product (code SL0418) advertised at $39.98. When I got it to the till, the checkout person said it was $52.90. I took a sales person to the area it was advertised and was told it was a mistake and they would ensure the area was re-labelled correctly. When I informed them this was their mistake and should honor the price that was listed, I was told they couldn't do this and would have to pay the full price (I refused and left). I made a complaint through the Bunnings Australia website on 29th March - I haven't received a response as yet.

Question, why don't Bunnings just put $1 on all their products in store then charge the "correct" price at the till? After all, apparently you can do this.
