I have been charged $33.22 for something that I canceled a year ago and on the meantime oclosed my account that it was coming out of but to find out it is still coming out of my account my new account which I never gave you that info for. I want to know how you got access to my account and how you could charge me for something I canceled a year ago in a cogent account. I am gong to Acc about this as I find this to me fraud to what had happened and how you got access to my new account when I didn't give you the details of this account. I want an answer in 24 hours as I am considering legal action
