So I replied to an on Craig's for a work from home job for Carnival. I ended up speaking to a female named Sheri Young that said she would pay for all my training to complete to program and that she would get her money back once I passed. It took 3 months to complete the whole program through arise with no pay. In the beginning she said that she pays $2 per call or lr a base rate of $9 which ever was more. She also emailed me frequently to make sure I was attending class and doing my homework. As soon as a passed certification the emails stop rolling in. I then had allot of questions for after the first few days of servicing realizing there is now what to take 500 calls a week. And I was working 66 hours. So I started asking her for a copy of my SOW and telling her we needed to work something else out as far as pay. She only responded to me twice not even acknowledging my questions but asking me if I wanted to switch to customer service. So then one of my classmates I told this deliema to is their own IBO and said she would take me. So I sent an email to Sheri stating I no longer wanted to work for her and to release me! She then claimed she got none of my emails, and became very defensive and always has these attitudes. She also hung up on me 3times and then sent an email that she was not going to release but terminate my SOW!!! ARISE will not help me in any way shape or form. I don't know if I'm suppose to keep servicing or release my hours cause no one will give me any information. They keep telling me to talk to my IBO and I've explained to them that she has cut all communication off. What do I do. Do I just not service anymore because this crazy person will not release me. And who can I contact to report this women's business?
