I live in Monroe, LA and ordered 2 tickets for Hamilton in NY - 2pm. A few hours later on same date, I tried to cancel the sale. The Ticketmaster rep told me I had to log in and from Payment Options do this then that in hopes of a resale because my tickets were initially resale tickets. I am not a MASTER but chose Ticketmaster in hopes of having a reputable, reliable site, etc. Now, I learn that everything's IFFY and I'm hot. I want my chargeback to my card and to hell with this new fangled policy. Please contact me asap at 318-355-3899. Surely even TICKETMASTER has an ombudsman and is subject to regulations.
