I have bought a dress from Tidebuy (15.02.2012) The dress is far from the picture beside the side adhesives doesn't stick together. I have called Tidebuy (00861062905773) more then 10 times and i have sent them more then 15 emails about the dress. I'm really unsatisfied because they have returning policy but it seems like it is not applicable. I even ask them to send my another dress... this is not working either. So what should I do in this case?

OMG same thing with me. They made me a dress that was too small and they wont refund me my money. Smh they not going to accept the dress back. I ordered mines in Dec 7th 2011 and march 23rd 2012 they told me that the only thing they can do is refund me $20 out of $210. I open up a case with paypal and my bank account. You should do the same. They are the worst site I came across. I have taken over 10 pictures, send them a video of me trying on the dress and yet still they wont let me return the dress. They admitted they made the dress too small but they said they put alot of work into the dress and they can't accept it back.
