Reporting to credit reporting acts

Got a car loan at tidewater a yr before I filed bankruptcy paid the affimment agreement to keep this car and now they refuse to report to the credit bureaus after even though they were on my credit before my bankruptcy now I am stuck with this car and still owe 15,000!!! I am trying to file a lawsuit or something to get out of this!!!
