Constant harassment for due bill which i never had.
This is to inform you once again to stop harassing me with calls for bill payment (due). I requested many times to disconnect my account by end of November 2015 and they said ok but to my utter surprise they call up during 2nd week of december requesting to give them a last chance, and i agreed reluctantly and told them 'the network be better be smooth this time' or else its the end whether you guys disconnect or not and i paid my bill during 2nd week of December 2015 to no benefit as the network stop functioning after 4-5 days. then early jan 2016 i told them enough is enough and they said ok they will disconnect it. But aftr 2 months gap i got a message that i hv a due to be paid somewhere around 230 rupees. This time i expirence how cruel your customer care are. Terrible, no respect for customer.
And today on 27 July 2016 i got a call from an advocate (presumbly your agent) saying i got a due of 1092 rupee to be paid. Advocate Nitin Chaudri from mumbai high court but when i track his number its from Rajasthan. Kindly stop this harassment or else i'll be force to take it to the higher authority. i paid my full bill on time and you should'nt be harassing the customer like this. please look into the issue seriously. i am not paying extra money for something i never used. thank you. my id no. 1115071845
