Hi Sir,
I'm Praneeth working in Cognizant Technology Solutions, Chennai. Since an year, am using broadband internet services provided by Tikona. For the past 6 months the speed they deliver is pathetic and the customer service too. Atleast weekly thrice I need to call them for this speed issue and mostly the internet won't get connected itself. When I called the customer care they said that its been a backbend problem from their side and will get resolved in 8hrs. This will be the ready template answer given by them for each time I call. In a week almost 15 to 20 days I can't use the internet properly due to its pathetic speed. But they charge me full amount every month (monthly 860/-) without any waiver though they know that it's a problem from their end. This is how they are cheating customers without delivering proper speed of what customers are paid for.
I sincerely request you to take an immediate action to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have attached my bill details document for your reference.
